Hello
My name is Janet Precourt and I am excited about opening my new business called "Peace of my Arte", a booth inside of the Lone Star Mercantile, which is located at the Southeast corner of Custer and McDermott in Allen, Texas.
I have been creating Resin Art, Acrylic Fluid Art, Watercolor Paintings, and Alcohol Ink Art since I retired in 2016. I will be selling my creations and a variety of Home Decor, from booth A803 on aisle "Riverwalk Rd".
Our Grand Opening was Labor Day weekend, Saturday September 3, 2022. Lots of new items will be added weekly.
My Story
Art has always been my passion. I took art classes in high school and have been creating various arts & crafts through out my life. After retiring from the corporate world, my art adventure developed as I tried out different mediums such as; Acrylic Fluid art, Watercolors and Alcohol Ink. I had always been leery of trying Resin art, but have now discovered how exciting it is to create something from nothing with Resin. Resin and Geode art have been my recent passions, but I don't think I'll ever stop trying new techniques, as each one has something special and exciting to offer.
I am excited about sharing my passion with the public through this new outlet, and hope to take custom orders one day in the future. Open Monday - Saturday from 10am - 7pm and Sunday from 12pm - 5pm.
